Installation of tin cap with approved nails according to code.
New Lead flashing for the plumbing pipes, 16" wide galvanize valley. And prome for the proper adhesion of the roof system.
Installation of new L-flashing with caulk bead and Stucco stop counter flashing.
Installation of metal drip edge around the perimeter of the house.
Installation of New metal pieces (Color selected by Customer).
Remove all Trash & Debris.
