What are we talking about
- All labor and material to remove the existing roof down to the shearing board.
- Replacement of any rotten or decayed lumber.
- Change All fascia board & all soffits.
- Re-nail deck with 8d ring shank nails to code.
- New Lead flashing for the plumbing pipes. 16" wide galvanized valley.
- Cover the entire flat roof with base sheet #75 tin cap with approved nails according to code.
- Flat roof full mop 1-ply of smooth base #20 with hot mopped asphalt.
- Installation of 3x3 metal drip edge around the perimeter of house (Primer will be added as needed)
- Covering with 1 layer of white membrane roll. With hot mopped asphalt.
- Remove all trash & debris.
